Riverview Booking + CRM Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 30, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Riverview Booking + CRM, an internal business application operated by Riverview Photography.
Authorized Use
Riverview Booking + CRM is intended for authorized Riverview Photography staff and other specifically approved company users.
Users may access the application only through an authorized account and may use it only for legitimate company business.
Application Functions
Riverview Booking + CRM may provide functions including:
- client and prospect management;
- booking management;
- follow-up tracking;
- website lead review and CRM import;
- proposal creation;
- proposal PDF and editable document generation;
- Gmail draft creation; and
- related internal workflow functions.
Application features may change over time.
Google Account Connections
Certain features allow authorized users to connect company Google accounts.
By connecting a Google account, the user authorizes Riverview Booking + CRM to access the Google data required for the selected functionality.
Users are responsible for selecting the correct company Google account and confirming that they are authorized to connect and use that account.
Email Drafts
Riverview Booking + CRM may create Gmail drafts at the request of an authorized user.
The application is designed so staff can review drafts before sending. Users are responsible for confirming recipients, attachments, wording, and other details before sending email.
Business Records
Users are responsible for reviewing booking, client, proposal, pricing, scheduling, and other business information before relying on it.
Riverview Booking + CRM is a workflow tool and does not replace normal business review or approval procedures.
Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- access accounts or information without authorization;
- attempt to bypass application or Google security controls;
- use the application for unlawful purposes;
- interfere with application operation;
- misuse client or Google user data; or
- share credentials or access with unauthorized users.
Google Services
Some Riverview Booking + CRM functionality depends on Google services, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Apps Script.
Availability of those features may depend on Google services, permissions, account status, API limits, or other third-party conditions.
Privacy
Use of personal information and Google user data is governed by the Riverview Booking + CRM Privacy Policy.
Availability
Riverview Photography may modify, suspend, or discontinue application features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational requirements, or changes to third-party services.
Disclaimer
Riverview Booking + CRM is provided for internal business operations. Riverview Photography does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Users should review important client communications, pricing, bookings, and generated documents before relying on or sending them.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Riverview Photography will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service interruptions, incorrect user-entered information, third-party service failures, or unauthorized use of the application.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the application or its business use changes. The current version will be posted on this page.
