Riverview Booking + CRM Privacy Policy

Riverview Photography uses Riverview Booking + CRM as an internal business application to manage client inquiries, bookings, follow-ups, proposals, and related communications.
Information We Access
When an authorized staff member connects a Google account to Riverview Booking + CRM, the application may access Google Workspace data needed to provide the requested features.
This may include:
- Gmail messages used to identify and review website inquiries and client leads.
- Gmail message metadata such as sender, recipient, subject, date, and message identifiers.
- Gmail draft functionality used to create proposal email drafts in an authorized company mailbox.
- Google Drive and Google Docs functionality used to create and store proposal documents and related files.
- Google Sheets data used by Riverview Booking + CRM for internal CRM, booking, proposal, and workflow records.
How We Use Google User Data
Google user data is used only to provide Riverview Booking + CRM features requested by authorized users.
Examples include:
- locating website inquiry emails;
- displaying inquiry information for staff review;
- importing reviewed inquiry information into Riverview CRM;
- recording the source mailbox associated with a lead;
- creating proposal email drafts in the company mailbox selected by the authorized user; and
- creating and storing proposal files used in the Riverview workflow.
Riverview Booking + CRM does not automatically send proposal emails when creating a draft. Staff review the draft before sending.
Data Storage
Riverview Booking + CRM stores business records needed for its CRM and booking workflows, which may include client names, contact information, event information, CRM notes, proposal information, and references to source messages.
OAuth authorization information used to maintain connected company Gmail accounts is stored in the application’s secured Google Apps Script property storage and is used only to maintain authorized account connections.
The application does not store Google account passwords.
Sharing of Information
Riverview Photography does not sell Google user data.
Google user data accessed through Riverview Booking + CRM is not transferred to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers and is not used for advertising or credit decisions.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, for security purposes, or as otherwise permitted by Google’s applicable user-data policies.
Limited Use of Google User Data
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google’s policy requires Workspace API data to be used only for appropriate user-facing functionality and prohibits uses such as selling user data, using it for advertising, or using it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Google for Developers
Human Access
Authorized Riverview staff may view business inquiry and client information when needed to perform their normal job responsibilities within Riverview Booking + CRM.
Access is limited to authorized personnel and legitimate business purposes.
Security
Riverview Photography uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information handled through Riverview Booking + CRM.
Access to the application is restricted to authorized company staff accounts. Connected Google accounts must separately authorize access through Google’s OAuth consent process.
Disconnecting Google Accounts
Authorized users may disconnect a connected Google account through Riverview Booking + CRM.
Users may also revoke the application’s Google access through their Google Account security settings.

Authorized users who need assistance with deletion, access, or correction of information used by Riverview Booking + CRM may contact Riverview Photography.
